Trademark Fees

Almost all of our trademark cases are handled on a flat-fee basis. The only exceptions to this are when a trademark gets opposed (which is rare) or if there is another situation where we are forced to negotiate a resolution with a competing company (again, this is rare).

For the vast majority of cases, there will be no surprises when it comes to paying the fees. You will pick a package, decide on a payment plan, and that is it. Easy-peasy.

I do charge a small fee (currently $47) for a strategy session (read more about why I do this here) and you will know exactly what you are getting into before you hire my firm. For businesses registering more than 3 trademarks, we also offer a volume discount.
