Putting Your Customers First with Kerrie Fitzgerald

In today's episode, I had the privilege of interviewing Kerrie Fitzgerald. Kerrie is an amazing entrepreneur that built a subscription business from nothing to amazing in just a few short years… all without using any paid ads!

Kerrie's strategy was to create robust and amazing client experiences, promote customer referral programs, and host monthly contests to grow her business organically.

She talked to her ideal clients, figured out what they wanted, and then gave it to them.

Surprise, surprise… it worked!

Today Kerrie is writing her second book and teaches other entrepreneurs how to build and scale an e-commerce brand from scratch without paid ads, just like she did.

In this episode we talk about how Kerrie came up for her business idea, the groundwork she did before she launched, and then how she built and sold this business in just a few short years.

This is one episode you definitely don't want to miss!

The Biggest Takeaways

  1. Don't send one email follow-up to new customers. A robust email follow-up campaign can make a huge difference.
  2. A great way to build organic growth in your business is through customer referral programs.
  3. Run contests and challenges and offer free stuff to get people to promote your business on their social media accounts.
  4. Having a trademark in place would have made selling her business so much easier and much less stressful!
